My Cocoa Pink Order

So I discovered a new favorite place for hair products, Cocoa Pink.  They have ridiculously good smelling products for body and hair, but I have just purchased hair stuff so far.   My recent order included:

Shine Sweetie Conditioner in Goodie Gumdrops. The scent is described as:

is the aroma of holiday spiced gumdrops with a twist!  cinnamon and clove, a little eucalyptus and rose; then bringing up the rear with wafts of cassis, nutmeg and woods.   It smells a little more like jelly beans than gum drops but it’s all sweet and tasty so I don’t mind.  This conditioner has some silk, wheat and soy protein in it and leave my hair very nicely conditioned.

Princess Poo in Elf Magic. Scent described as:

is a bubbly, magical blend of candy, candy canes, candy corn and syrup with effervescent spicy soda pop bubbles for a magical top note.   I *love* the movie Elf so this would have been a hit no matter what.   I love it and it smells like candy 7-Up to me.   This shampoo is SLS and paraben free.

Ends With Benefits in Red Velvet Cake. Scent described as:

Rich velvety Devils Food Chocolate, Tonka Bean; rich, sweet and creamy vanilla icing with light sprinkles of sugar.   This is leave in conditioner that you can also use on your body.  So far, this is  only scent that didn’t knock my socks off.   It smells just a bit plastic-y to me.

Glissade in Black Cat In The Pumpkin Patch. Scent described as:

CP exclusive- Imagine the bestselling scent “Black Kittens- (Black, Boo Boo Lemon Noel, a drop of Egyptian Musk)” with a splash of sweet pumpkin! This is unexpected, original, and quite amazing!   I love this!   It’s a styling/finishing product for your hair.  I have no idea how to describe the scent other than rich, warm with maybe just a hint of lemon?  I reeeeally like this and I think I’m going to have to order it in a perfume.

Now, there was a bit of a kerfluffle with this company earlier this year with some serious customer service issues.  The company has a new owner and I’ve placed two orders and had my products within about a week with no problems.  I also received a free sample with each order.   For this order I got a sample of Junket Solid Conditioner in Naughty Gingerbread.   It smells sort of plastic to me but it came wrapped in some cellophane so that might be the problem.  I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but I’ll update when I do.
