Tick: Tock Cosmetics Swatch Post of DOOM!

I can’t say I’ve been *patiently* waiting my Tick: Tock Cosmetics orders so I was super excited when I received it in the mail!  I placed my order on 2/26/12 and received it on 3/16/12.  I placed a fairly mega order that included the original sample set of 51 colors.  The giant sample set also includes a pot of Infinity Eye Shadow Base in Milky Way so it’s a really good deal at $35.   I also ordered a tube of lip gloss in First Kiss and the Infinity Eye Shadow Base in Black Hole.   The entire order was $42.95 delivered and I got a literal metric shit ton of eye shadow.  I found the site easy to navigate and there is also a blog and a Facebook page to keep customers up to date on TAT (turn around time) and other such customer service items.

I have to say that normally a swatch fest of this size can be rather tedious but this was fun!  The colors were so pretty and complex and vibrant.  I can’t wait to wear them on my face!   I also like that the samples come in the little baggies that I prefer with the ingredients on the label.  Each label is a different design depending on the pigment and that’s a really nice design touch.   The names are hilarious and whimsical to match the colors.

All swatches are done over Pixie Epoxy and photographed under a bright light with no flash.

There are so many stand out colors that I can’t even choose which are my favorites.  So far I can’t wait to try Happy Hour, Hour Glass, Stop…..Zombie Time, Cuckoo, Time Turner, Late Night Burger Gnomes, High Noon and Salvador Dali.   All applied nicely with great color pay off.   Would I buy from them again?  You bet!   The Infinity Eye Shadow Base was the best I’ve used yet.   Amazing stuff!   You should go check them out and buy something now.   Now I tell you!   And don’t forget some of the Infinity Eye Shadow Base.  Trust me when I tell you that you can’t live without it!
