Rimam Seven Deadly Sins Collab
Hotties! I got to participate in another fun collab with the ladies of Indie Makeup And More and the theme this time was the seven deadly sins. I got Greed, which is totally fitting! Now, when I was originally brainstorming this look I was going to go with all green and gold and maybe draw a money symbol on my face. In other words very literal.
I decided to think outside the box and when I googled greed I remembered that another name for greed is avarice and avarice is the Orange Lantern in the corps. Green Lantern of course is very well known but the orange lanterns with the power of avarice, well that seemed like a cool idea! I decided to go with it….oranges, golds and yellows it is! This look is all about excess, extreme greed…..the preciousssssssssss.
Face: I started with an airbrush base, flesh colored foundation with lots of gold and a little bronze mixed in. Morgana’s Fire Opal powders finished over the whole face. Lots and lots of sparkly powder.
Cheeks: I added a little straight orange to the foundie mix and added to cheeks and topped with Aromaleigh Sunday Girl.
Lips: Morgana Solar Flare packed with MAC’s Marigold glitter.
Eyes: Brazen’s Cheeky foiled on lids and blended under lower lid as well with Brazen’s Buzzed in crease and blended out and also applied underneath eye as well. Meow’s Yellow Snow applied to upper brow bone with Brazen’s Scorching applied under brow and on inner corner of eye. Urban Decay Whiskey liner on upper and lower lids with two coats of black mascara on lashes. Kat Von D Deadhead orange shadow on brows.
I wanted this look to be too much of everything…too much orange, too much sparkle, too much shimmer, too much jewelry. Not a pretty look, but an interesting and slightly gritty look none the less. Greed typically isn’t pretty and I wanted to portray that just a bit but still have it be somewhat ‘glamorous’. I topped this look with a super duper bright orange wig, a champagne sequin sweater, a huge vintage necklace and all the warm colored sparkly bracelets and rings I could find. I hope you like it!

IMAM Colab FOTD Featuring Planet Mercury
Hello hotties! I had a fun collaboration this week with the ladies on IMAM (Indie Makeup And More) featuring the planets and I chose Mercury. Now Mercury is interesting because if you google pictures of it, you get two very different looks. One is all reds and gold and hot looking and the other is a beautiful azure, gold and white vibe. So I decided to do two looks.
The first was done with Brazen shadows in Cheeky, Immaculate and Tree Hugger and this represents the hot Mercury.
The next FOTD is to represent the other images of Mercury that you see. Here I used Brazen shadow in Music Box and Ice Queen and Geek Chic shadows in Oldest Profession In The Universe, Cosmic Cathouse and Pangalactic Painted Lady. Lippie is Meteor Madame.

FOTD With Ten Three Labs Pearl and Antoinette
Hotties!
Today I bring to you a face of the day using some new shadows from Ten Three Labs. I’ve used Antoinette, Pearl and Seondeok. They were very easy to work with and I can’t wait to try some of the other colors.

Just a bit of Hapshepsut under middle of lower lashes. Seondeok on inner corner to brighten. No liner, one coat of mascara. Brazen’s Joan brow powder on brows.
New Hair!
I know, I know. You guys are all like, “It’s always new hair with you!” But I’m having fun with an pastel orange at the moment. I started out at a level 5 bright copper red. Something like this:
Then we bleached it twice and toned it with a level 7 orange red and 5 vol.
Six weeks later we touched up my roots and ran the bleach through the ends one more time. This time we toned it with 2 parts yellow Rush Deep Color Direct, 1 part Manic Panic Pillarbox Red and a dollop of Manic Panic Cotton Candy Pink. We processed it for 1/2 hour with no heat. I called this phase of the color Solar Flare. lol
And after one washing. I love this pastel phase…..so springy and fun!
Same color-two different looks from the lighting.
This is the first time that I’ve used the new Rusk veggie colors and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. It didn’t bleed onto my pillowcases or towels at all.
